Thimma Reddy Damireddy

Thimma Reddy Damireddy –  Background, Experience, Interests, Dream, and Gratitude.

          I am Thimma Reddy Damireddy, born to Mr.Rajagopal Reddy Damireddy and Mrs.Sanjeevamma Doddavula in a small village of Andhra Pradesh State, India. My parents have been doing family farming. I have completed my Masters in Automobile Engineering in MIT, Anna University, Chennai, India.

          Then 20 Years I had very interesting journey in Detroit Engineered Products Inc (DEP) and experienced to build vehicle ( that is a structure of automobile, aerospace, ……. human dummy’s…etc) faster and optimized.       DEP is a very good platform for Vehicle Engineering and Vehicle Optimization, DEP has given me a global experience to work with various customers globally on their vehicle development programs as well as products of different industry verticals and allowed me to learn CAD/CAE/CAS for automobile structures, Engineering Analysis, Design Optimization and Advanced Methods & Tools development in every aspect of full vehicle system of automobile, which includes                   

  1. Optimization in various stages of Product(vehicle-structure) Development Process
  2. Optimization for components, subsystems, and full-vehicle system
  3. Optimization using different simulation models like 3D models, 2D Models & 1D Models (ROM).                                
  4. Optimization for multi-disciplines i.e., stiffness, NVH, Durability, Crash, CFD…etc.
  5. Optimization using Design Space such as topology, size, shape, materials, connectors, and features.   
  6. Advanced Methods & Tools development for every step of Optimization processes.

         I am naturally interested in Science Technology & Spirituality, Passion on Smarter Products and Smarter Engineering Solutions that supports sustainability( sustainable living solutions). I had a DREAM of seeing Mother planet with greenery, so decided to be part of ( build a ) business platform equipped with top notch quality leaders, providing Healthy Environment with level playing field that empowers the sustainability  through Life Transformation Process, so STEFS Solutions, LLC is started.

First, I want to thanks to our creator (GOD), I want to thanks to my parents, and I want to thanks to my wife.

Being passionate on Smarter Products & Smarter Engineering Solutions, I learnt lot of things on Engineering Technology using DEP platform, I am always grateful to great leader Mr. Radha Krishnan Mariappasamy and entire team of DEP.

Being Naturally Interested in Science & Spirituality, I got inspired lot by going through video sessions of great leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, I am always grateful to great leader Sadhguru and his Isha foundation.

I had a chance to learn lot of concepts in Finance Service Business  through the training sessions conducted by great leader Mr. Raja Dhaliwal, I am always grateful to Mr. Raja Dhaliwal and his team of leaders.

Finally, I want to thanks to one & all whom I come across in my life & helped me. Thank YOU !!!

I believe that DREAM is a SOUL INTENTION :-

My intention is to focus on Engineering & Technology development with the goal of long-term sustainability, but Science, Finance & Spirituality disciplines provide insights & guidelines  helps for transforming Human Intelligence.
